Generators For Home Use

It's a good idea to have a backup generator for home use You never know when you might need one. And you really don't want to spend your holidays sourcing backup power. A portable one would do fine for this type of occasion.

If you really want peace of mind go for a fixed make. Then you won't ever have to worry about having spare fuel or gas to hand for your generator. Be prepared is what I say. Especially if you are letting out your villa. You will have angry tenants if they lose power.

Don't wait until you lose power to start thinking about a backup. Take action now.

FOR SALE e260,000 (euro)

My Villa is a Coral ivE.(the E stands for end) It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom golf villa. (1 bathroom is en suite). It is an end Coral so has a side garden also. The end Corals are in more demand than the terraced, and there are not many of them available.

It has a lovely communal pool which it overlooks, shared with only a few other villas.

The pool area is always lovely and quite, as most people are on the course or in the clubhouse. It feels like your own private pool.

It is on a generous plot of 300m, so you can comfortably sit and dine out the back. And there is plenty of room to sit out the front also, (if you are nosey like me and want to watch the comings and goings in the neighbourhood). There is a lovely stone Bar B Q in our garden which has had very little use.

The back, front and side gardens have all been landscaped with shingle, lots of plants and trees, and has been maintained to a high standard. It is now a mature garden, but we have landscaped it with easy maintenance in mind, hence the lovely shingle. Looks great but needs minimal maintenance.

The villa has air conditioning, central heating and is fully furnished including outside dining table and chairs.

These villas are great for golf rental, James Villas features them on their site for over £500 per week. But this will increase when the Spanish village opens up its bars and restaurants.
The Spanish village in the middle of the resort has just been completed and will be the hub of hacienda, once all the places open up on it.

The Club House is amazing, and has 2 restaurants, one of them has won awards for being one of the best in the Murcia Region. The other is suitable for more casual eating. The little town is a 5 minute drive away, and has quite a few reasonable bars and restaurants in it.
You can also drive into the mountains only about 10 minutes and find the most amazing Spanish restaurants hiding there. 5 minutes off the beaten track really is undiscovered spain.
